Well, it was Happy Birthday Mommy and we celebrated a day early as these amazing cupcakes weren’t going to last until tomorrow. I asked Brian if I could purchase my own birthday cake this year and I think I caught him off guard? I discovered this amazing cupcake bakery in Bellevue after catering a wedding last weekend and knew, this was the cake for me. Since we were already in Bellevue for the Cross Country meet, I decided it was the perfect detour. The banana split cupcake is my favorite, but we also tried a maple brown sugar and bacon one. Wow, not bad, I actually liked it. We cut them into fourths and sampled all of them. What an awesome birthday, thanks Brian and kids, I felt loved!
