Before I forget, I need to type a cute thing that Spencer said the other day. I had received a new flag to hang on our house for Mother's Day. Spencer just wanted to get it out there and wasn't giving up on it. I finally had to tell him that we only hang the flag on special days like the 4th of July or Memorial Day. He then replied, "But mommy, sunny days are special days." He is right, around here Sunny days are more than special. I am always amazed at just how the rain effects kids and how in tune they are about it.
