Why is it that no matter how much you get done before Christmas, there is just never enough time to get in all the fun things this season has to offer? We decided it was never too late and our kids enjoy it so much, we just had to make our sugar cube igloos even if it was a few days post Christmas. This little tradition was handed our way from the Nathan and Victoria Hall family. It is so much less messy (really) and so much more kid friendly than traditional gingerbread houses, it just makes sense to do it. It was fun to share with Papa and Grammy this fun little project and Kelsey's amazing creation gets bigger and bigger every year!
