Christmas Play-Date

On Thursday the 15th it was our turn to host our neighborhood play-group. We have a lot of fun with these little boys and make a lot of memories. For today’s activity we kept it pretty simple, but none the less the boys had fun. It was our first play-group minus the siblings of some of the boys. It ran much smoother than usual and the boys were able to focus a lot more without all the distractions. We sang a few Christmas songs, played a “Run, Run, As Fast As You Can, You Can’t Catch Me, I’m The Gingerbread Man” (had the boys take turns running around our round-about from family room, to kitchen, to study, back to family from), made gingerbread houses (out of half and half cardboard cartons), ate a snack and called it a day! Note, we have the hardest time getting a photo of all the boys together, there is always somebody being goofy!
