Personal Seamstress

Kelsey was one lucky little girl.  Grandma Irene takes the time to make her some special things and lately she has been lucky to receive several packages with skirts in them that Grandma has sewn for her.  This is a picture of her favorite one!  Thanks Grandma Irene for making her look so darn cute and for taking the time to hand make something, it is appreciated, she loves them!!!
