I had fallen in love with Alison’s darling cookies and have used them for every event/occasion this past year. She opened her own bakery and her time to make cookies vanished. So, I took matters into my own hands and decided to experiment with royal icing. Here are my first attempts..What did I learn? That it is time consuming and very detailed. I leaned that I don’t have artistry and that Alison doesn’t charge enough for her cookies. Oh well, happy with what I did do and yes, I will try it again!
