Maple Woods Park Play Date
We woke up on September 2, 2011 to the sunshine shining through the windows. Spencer always comes in and says, "Mom, it's time to get up, the sunshine is shining".....This is his line every morning and it cracks me up that he awakes all by himself and goes to the window and peaks through the blinds before coming to my room to get me out of bed. When the sun shines in Seattle, you take advantage of it and you pretty much drop everything to head outside. With school having started, being down one kid during the day, it is easy to just plan an improm-to play-date. We were happy that our friends could get ready quickly and join us at the Maple Woods neighborhood park. I captured a few photos, not too many, but just wanted to note that Fall is in the air, our sun shining days will be limited and one must enjoy them!!!
