International District

A few of the fun treats we purchased at the International Market, Yum!

 We had a super fun time riding the new Links light rail to the International District in Seattle last weekend while Grandma and Grandpa Ballard were in town.  The kids loved the train ride and Spencer wouldn't let go of his ticket for anything!  We had a fun time roaming the market and looking at the weird vegetables and our favorite was the candy isle.  Kelsey and Grandpa enjoyed some Greek frozen yogurt and I was in heaven with some fresh cream puffs.  The kids had a blast feeding the pigeons and Brian was happy to purchase some fresh roasted chestnuts for Grandpa to enjoy.  We are happy to have guests come to town to give us reason to experience some of the things that we live so close to, but never take the time to go and see.
